  • How do I decide what I need?

    Picking the perfect size, color, or design for your furniture is tough, but we're here to help! Reach out via social media or the Contact page on this website and we will be happy to help you pick the right size, color, and customization options for you, your family, and your budget. Our goal is to make sure you love your new furniture!

  • Does your furniture have a uniform look?

    Our furniture is handcrafted and hand-finished from solid wood. This means that there will be variations and imperfections. Please read our Cosmetic Standards page before ordering, and if you have additional questions please do not hesitate to ask.

  • How do I pay for my furniture?

    We offer a variety of payment options for you to choose from:

    1. Pay In Full Here On The Website.
    2. Pay A 50% Deposit + 50% Upon Completion Of Your Furniture (Not upon delivery, but upon notification of the completion of the furniture.) This will have to happen over the phone or over email.
    3. Credit Or Debit Card

    5. Venmo
    6. Check
    7. Paypal Credit (You can get 0% financing for 6 months if you have an account)
  • What type of communication can I expect regarding my order?

    We will email you to confirm receipt of your order after it is placed, and that email will have an estimated lead time. We may have other orders in queue; if so, we will not start your order right away. Prior to starting on your order, we will reach out to confirm the details and ensure we understand exactly what you want. We will follow up with you again once your order is complete, at which time we will collect the final payment and set up time for pickup or delivery.

  • Does my furniture come with a warranty?

    Yes, we warranty all of our furniture against manufacturing errors and defects. You can find out more on our Warranty page.

  • I paid for my order, but I no longer want or need it. Can I get a refund?

    All sales are final and all payments, including deposits, are non-refundable. Each piece of furniture we build is custom-crafted to your specifications, not a one-size-fits-all product. If you are unhappy with some aspect of your piece, we will gladly work with you to fix or change what you do not like about it.

  • Do you deliver?

    We do offer delivery upon request to addresses within 75 miles of Raleigh, NC. Delivery cost is $2.50 per mile, based upon Google Maps. Delivery payment will be made along with the final payment upon completion of your table, and delivery details will be discussed then.
